Some of you will know that I had some problems with my former employer, the Evil University, who refused to pay me for some overtime that I had done there before I left in December.

Well, I’m happy to tell you that a few strongly-worded emails and letters later, (after threatening legal action through the small claims court), I have been sent a letter informing me that they have agreed to pay me my requested claim of £404.14. That will basically cover my plane ticket to Jamaica. (Ole Ole, Ole Ole - Feeling Hot Hot Hot!)
