Tuesday, August 21st, 2007My blog has been quite frivolous in the past week, but as regular readers will know, its tone and subject matter may vary widely from week to week (or day to day, or post to post, or sentence to sentence, etc.)
I have been thinking a lot in the past few days. About the usual stuff, my life, the world, etc. So the blog has acted as a diversion rather than an outlet. Which is fine.
Most of my regulars will know that my real name is Penny, but on here I like to be called PJ. PJ is the better version of Penny that most people don’t get to see in my day-to-day life. PJ is much funnier, sexier and smarter than Penny. She’s more open, and she’s plenty kick-ass.
I guess I could say that PJ is Penny’s alter-ego, but she’s more like an extension of Penny’s personality. She’s the id to Penny’s ego.
Where does Penny end and PJ begin?

I like the idea of being multifaceted - it’s what keeps us interesting, alive, vibrant. Trouble is, I sometimes find I’m an entire tea party - all by myself! I’m sure both PJ and Penny would get along just fine with the multiple me’s!
